The global pandemic took an unprecedented toll on all of us, especially in terms of mental health, confidence, and personal resilience to cope with difficulties and setbacks in our professional as well as our personal lives. We all need to develop new skills and techniques to learn to live with and adapt to an ever-changing world.

Who is this for?

  • Our Goal Setting Programme is designed to boost confidence, increase motivation, and build personal or mental resilience. 
  • The programme is aimed at anyone who has chosen to review their lives, their goals or their ambitions and are seeking a non-judgemental partner to help them as they work to achieve their ultimate goals  
  • The programme is also ideal for anyone returning to work from long periods of unemployment or redundancy, for job seekers entering the workforce or those who have found the pressures of hybrid working difficult.

  • 2 x 45-minute confidential sessions with Jo Clay (please click the link to view her biography), one of our qualified coaches and mental toughness practitioners
  • Completion of a Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ), the results of which will form the basis of a personal action plan to help you establish areas for development, and help you unpick challenges and find a positive way forward
  • Signposting and support to other relevant organisations

    This course came at a time when decisions were needing made and opportunities were appearing for me to become the person I wanted to be. The 1:1 coaching was excellent and helped me plan practically what I needed to do, it helped me prioritise what was most important for me and made me realise that maybe somethings would have to take a back seat, if I was to focus on the right moves for me (and that didn’t make me a bad person). The coaching also made me question myself and set goals to achieve what I really wanted. Saying out loud what you want helped solidify aims and enabled me to see clearly, for the first time, which way to go. My mentor was knowledgeable, patient, understanding and insightful and best of all easy to talk to. She really listened and responded with very practical suggestions that made so much sense. I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone who is considering it. So worthwhile!

    The course was very useful in recognising and valuing my strengths and achievements. I found Jo very engaging, she worked with me to constructively identify and highlight key areas for my own personal development. With each mentoring session I could see a positive shift in myself, I am proud of what I have achieved and going forward I am aware of how capable I am and how I can handle anything that may come my way.

    I had never experienced coaching before and this happened to come at a time when I felt quite overwhelmed and at a low ebb professionally. My mentoring sessions were insightful, validating, practical and very helpful. I found Jo to be very friendly and patient and she helped me to focus and set some practical goal steps.
