The global pandemic is taking an unprecedented toll on all of us, especially in terms of mental health, confidence, and personal resilience to cope with difficulties and setbacks in our professional as well as personal lives. We all need to develop new skills and techniques to learn to live with and adapt to an ever-changing world.

Who is this for?

  • These online Confidence Building sessions are designed to boost confidence, increase motivation, and build personal or mental resilience. They are ideal for anyone returning to work from long periods of furlough, unemployment, or redundancy, for job seekers entering the workforce for the first time in this unprecedented environment or junior / young team members who have found the pressures of enforced home working difficult.


  • 2 x 45-minute confidential sessions with one of our friendly and supportive qualified coaches
  • Completion of a Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ), the results of which will form the basis of a personal action plan to help you establish areas for development, and help you unpick challenges and find a positive way forward
  • Signposting and support to other relevant organisations
