  1. Lucy Webber

This course was well structured, with a good balance of participates which allowed ample interaction.
The tutor, Dawn Roberts is fab, and very supportive.
I’m really excited to see where this new qualification takes me.

  2. Kelly Huxley-Roberts

Great trainers, and interesting content with some useful exercises to develop my awareness of my own leadership and management. If you are looking for a qualification to support your professional development, I recommend this short and useful course with Empower.

  3. Polly Crook

I thought the course was fantastic. I think Jo was an incredible teacher, and constantly went above and beyond to ignite conversation and inspire thinking outside of the box. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always available at the end of a phone or email to support with coursework. Her calm yet thought provoking manor set a lovely tone for each session, and she made sure everybody’s voice was heard. Highly recommended!
