The Menopause workshop content is designed and delivered to empower individuals to take positive action in achieving better support for people suffering with menopause symptoms, to reduce stress and anxiety and increase wellbeing.

Additionally, the workshops provide opportunities for employees to be empowered to drive forward change personally in their workplaces, and for employers to ensure better wellbeing across communities and workplaces.

Who should sign up?

This is an introductory workshop about menopause and is aimed at individuals, employees, and employers. Each coaching session per attendee is aimed at addressing individual challenges.

Over two 75-minute workshops will explore individual challenges around menopause with a one hour 1:1 coaching session, the aims of and the objectives of the programme are:

  • What is menopause?
  • Recognising symptoms & consequences (short & long term)
  • Who is affected directly and indirectly?
  • Which policies make employer support legal?Reasons why providing support in the workplace is valuable to employees and employers
  • What action can we take as individuals, employees, and employers to support menopause?
  • What action are employers taking to support menopause in the workplace?
  • Signposting for further support
