Well-being and looking after yourself
This workshop will give every individual the opportunity to reflect upon their current well-being and give them the tools and skills to better manage their well-being as well as achieving a better work life balance by understanding the triggers that can negatively affect their mental health.
Workshop two
The role of the leader in creating and embedding the right organisational culture for teams to thrive and perform
This workshop will encourage CEOs and senior leaders to review their culture and self-reflect on the role they play in creating the culture of their organisation.
Participants will understand the importance of emotional intelligence and how to develop this skill to bring out the best in their teams, knowing when to push and when to pull back.
Workshop three
Understanding mental toughness and how to use this as a positive tool to implement long lasting personal, team and organisational culture change
Participants will understand what mental toughness is, where and how it can make a difference and know how to develop this in themselves and others.
Every participant will complete a Mental Toughness questionnaire and will receive a 1-1 coaching session to review their personal report.
Coaching
Completion of two psychometric measures to build self-awareness of your strengths, skills and leadership style.
Mental Toughness Questionnaire
3 x 75-minute coaching sessions to explore your personal psychometric measure reports and find solutions to challenges and issues you want to explore.
Sessions booked in-between workshops at a time/day to suit you.
Extra 75-minute coaching sessions available at £100 / person
