  1. Katie Williams

An invaluable and insightful course that enabled me to spend time outside of the business to reflect on my own strengths and weaknesses as a team member and to identify ways that would enable me to perform more effectively within teams. Understanding other people’s different communication styles was particularly useful, specifically in terms of the causes and resolutions of conflicts and potential conflicts.

  2. Dawn Pavey

The course content was expertly delivered and there was lots of time for discussion and personal reflection on how it applied to the teams we are part of.
The 1:1 coaching was very beneficial as it enabled a frank conversation with someone outside of my work.
I definitely feel I have a better understanding of my own strengths and weaknesses, as well as an appreciation of how other people’s might be different but can be just as effective.
