This programme is ideal if you are struggling to prioritise, keep all those plates spinning and look after your own well-being. Commencing with an initial group workshop what you will learn is further embedded by a 3 private, 1:1 coaching sessions, the core purpose of which is to increase self awareness, to make choices explicit and close the gap between potential and how things are currently.

The programme commences with a two-hour, online workshop which will cover the following:

  • Defining happiness and its link to well-being
  • Understanding well-being and what this means to you
  • How important well-being is to you.
  • Self-awareness and controlling the controllable
  • Specific personal actions that you can implement immediately.
  • Learn from other’s experiences by hearing their views and engaging in interactive discussions.

The learnings from the workshops are further embedded with up 3 confidential 1:1 coaching sessions with one of our friendly and supportive qualified coaches

Completion of a Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ), the results of which will form the basis of a personal action plan to help you establish areas for development, and help you unpick challenges and find a positive way forward

    The workshop, conducted in a very accessible way, opened my eyes to what is well-being and happiness. The next 3 coaching sessions were a breakthrough process for me, personally. Working with Jo was enlightening because she asked coaching questions in a very accessible way that required precise goal setting. The MTQ tool has helped me a lot to see my progress and the positive feedback has motivated me to make real positive changes in my life!

    This Wellbeing Programme is incredibly helpful! Struggling with mental health isn’t easy but knowing how to care for your well-being is an amazing tool to have. We are often so busy taking care of others that we forget ourselves. What you’re doing is definitely worthwhile
